Elena is connected to the Dutch culture from a very young age. This is due to her interest in the construction process of the European Union. In her holiday village, at the border with France on the Mediterranean see, she got in contact with the European youth. This gave her a wider vision of Europe and not only of Spain. Later she decided to study Dutch because she thought that it was the nicest language. She was already able to communicate in French and English.
She has worked for several national and international companies as a specialist in the foreign trade. Working with individuals of other nationalities has always fascinated her. The complexity of some international transactions encouraged her to study Law.
In 2011 she took an oath to become a lawyer at the Barcelona Bar Association. She has worked ever since as an independent lawyer and for the Administration.
During her spare time, she likes to read books and have a long walk along the sea.
